Industries We Serve Across New England
Find your industry below and we will point you at the right page. Trades are where we go deepest, and we work with plenty of local businesses that never pick up a tool.
AM Creative Marketing is a marketing agency in Amesbury, Massachusetts, founded by Jon Almas in 2016. This page is our industry directory. It lists the industries we have worked in, the ones we have published results for, and where to go next for each. We work with established local service businesses across New England, mostly northeastern Massachusetts, southern New Hampshire and southern Maine. The trades are our deepest specialty, covering construction and remodeling, HVAC and duct cleaning, plumbing and heating, electrical, roofing, fencing, tree service, cabinetry and signs. Alongside them we run countertop showrooms, specialty cleaning, chiropractic and behavioral health practices, and real estate.
Which industries have we published results for?
Five industries where we have live client numbers we are willing to put in writing. The results table further down gives the metric, the period and the source for each.
Construction and remodeling
Long sales cycles and high job values, with buyers who compare three firms before calling one.
Impressions up 2,093%18-month program, Jan 2025 to Jul 2026
HVAC and duct cleaning
Seasonal demand, emergency calls, and national franchises bidding on the same keywords.
Search visibility up 12 timesSep 2025 to Mar 2026
Cabinetry and millwork
Work that photographs well and sells slowly, against a buyer deciding over about twelve weeks.
19 appointments booked in a monthJuly 2026
Electrical
Panel upgrades, generators and EV chargers are pulling work toward services most electricians' sites never mention.
Monthly leads from 4 to 16May to Jul 2026
Signs and graphics
Commercial buyers searching a town plus a product, across a service area that usually crosses a state line.
Record month at 14,896 impressionsMay 2026What else do we work on?
Live accounts in each of these. We have not published figures for them yet, so treat the descriptions as what the work involves rather than as proof.
Other home service trades
Plumbing and heating, roofing, fencing and outdoor construction, tree service and property maintenance, specialty cleaning, countertops and stone. Same buyer behaviour as the trades above: a local search, a fast decision, and a profile that has to answer on a Saturday. Tell us your trade
Health and wellness practices
Chiropractic and behavioral health. The searches are local, urgent and private, and the buyer is choosing on trust rather than price. The system underneath is the same one we run for a contractor, with a great deal more care taken over the wording. Talk to us about a practice
Real estate
Every agent in a market has the same listings, so the agent is the product. Personal brand content, listing video and a steady local presence are what separate the name people remember from the name they scroll past. Real estate marketing
Other local service businesses
Showrooms, professional practices and service businesses that do not fit any trade above. Owning a van was never the qualifying condition, and that page covers the version of this built for businesses that do not. Local business marketing

Does the work change by industry?
Less than people expect. Every account gets the same four things first: a website built to get the call, local search and a managed Google Business Profile, the structure that lets AI assistants describe you accurately, and AM Connect answering new leads by text within seconds. Content and paid ads come after that, when the trade and the budget call for them.
What changes is the order, the weight and the vocabulary. A roofer needs ads in storm season. A cabinet shop needs follow-up that survives a twelve week decision. Your industry page goes into that properly, which is why this one does not try to.
Is your business a fit, whatever the industry?
Industry matters less than these three things.
Worth a call if
- Your customers are nearby and search before they buy
- You are established, roughly three years or more
- Someone can answer the phone when it rings more often
- You have capacity to take on the extra work
- You want a partner rather than another vendor
Probably not if
- You sell nationally online rather than locally
- You are under two years old and still finding your offer
- You are shopping for the cheapest option
- You need results by next week
- Nobody has time to handle a busier phone
Questions about who we work with
No. The trades are where we have gone deepest and where most of our published figures come from, but roughly a quarter of the roster sits outside them. The test we actually apply is whether your customers live within driving distance and look you up before they commit. If they do, nothing about the method has to change. For a business outside the trades, start at local business marketing.
Then say so on a call and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right agency. We list the industries we actually work in rather than every industry we could imagine taking on, so an absence usually means we have no client in it rather than that we would refuse. Where we have no relevant experience we will say that too, because a marketing agency learning your trade on your budget is a bad trade for you.
Start with the five industries above that carry a figure, since those are the accounts with numbers we will stand behind. The results table gives the metric, the months and the source for each, and the case study links go into what actually produced them. Everything in the second group is live client work without published figures yet, and we have labelled it that way on purpose.
We are based in Amesbury on the North Shore of Massachusetts and work across New England, with most clients in northeastern Massachusetts, southern New Hampshire and southern Maine. Knowing which towns actually border each other saves a lot of wasted pages, which is the practical reason local matters here.
Both depend on your industry and how much has to be built first, so the honest answers live where they can be explained properly. Current figures are on the pricing page, and the industry page you picked above sets out the realistic timeline for that trade. As a rule, ads move in days, profile work in weeks, and search and content in months.
Jon Almas
Founder, AM Creative Marketing · Amesbury, MassachusettsJon started AM Creative in 2016 as a video marketing agency, after a career in corporate data analysis. Watching clients struggle to turn good footage into booked work led to the first version of our marketing framework in 2018, and to the system we run now: website, local SEO, content, paid ads and CRM follow-up built as one program instead of five separate ones.
He moved the agency onto AI automation early, in 2022, and launched Blueprint 2.0 in 2024. Jon works on the accounts himself, from the first strategy call through the monthly numbers review, and nothing appears in the table above that he has not seen in the reporting first.
